Delivery and shipping conditions

How long does delivery take?
The delivery time consists of two important components:

  1. Processing time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 3 business days.
  2. Shipping Time: Our shipping time is 3-7 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on your location and customs delays.

Estimated total delivery time (estimate): The estimated delivery time for Germany is 3-7 working days*. The delivery time is calculated from the time of receipt at our international shipping center to the desired destination address and may vary depending on the delivery location.

  • All delivery times mentioned above do not include customs duties and associated delays. Delays may occur during periods of increased demand such as Christmas, Black Friday or similar special offers.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Germany is free for orders over 90 EUR. For orders under 90 EUR, a shipping fee of 4.99 EUR will be charged.
For shipping within Europe, shipping is free for orders over 135 EUR. For orders under 135 EUR, a shipping fee of 12.99 EUR will be charged.

Where is my package?
After the package is packed, it will be handed over to our transport company and you will receive a tracking email.
As soon as your order is delivered, you can enjoy your order! Of course, something can always go wrong. Would you like to exchange or return something?

Exchange and return
You can return your order at any time within 14 working days. Please inform us beforehand by email at euinfo@cagriipek.com .

Package lost?
If a package is lost or not delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a new package.

Refund and Return Policy
Customs fees: In some cases, the package delivered to you will be checked by customs. Unfortunately, this legislation was changed on July 1, 2021 and we have no influence on this. In some cases, customs may charge a small amount in import costs. However, this does not happen in 99% of cases. Do you still have to pay customs fees? Please contact us.

Not delivered to home or post office
If a package is delivered to your door or left at a post office, Banjola will cover the cost of delivering the package. If the package is not accepted or not picked up at the post office, it will automatically be returned to the delivery person and they will be entitled to €8 of the amount you returned.

Why is my package tracking not working?
In some cases, it may take 1-2 business days for the shipping company to update the package location. We ask for your understanding and patience in these cases.
