RETURN POLICY

General information: Your return request will be processed from the moment you send us your first email. Due to workloads, it may not always be possible to receive an immediate response. There is no need to send more than one email; your request will be processed as quickly as possible.

Sometimes you want to return an order. Maybe you didn't like the product or you are dissatisfied with the order for some other reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return your product. After that, you will be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller in its original condition and packaging, if possible, together with all accessories. If the product is damaged or the packaging has been damaged beyond what is necessary to test the product, we may pass this loss of value on to you, so please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returned.

Damaged products during delivery: This is really annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged during transport. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. After this period, unfortunately, the return period expires. For a quick solution, please send us a photo of the product's label and the damage taken on a flat surface. We will use this information to help you with your order and prevent future errors.
